Minimum requirements include 3 years sales experience; 2 years of college experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some knowledge of the commercial fitness industry or sporting goods and knowledge of MS-CRM is a plus.

Propose marketing strategies and programs for a product and the promotion. Evaluates product performance to help develop and update company marketing goals and objectives. Advises sales team on any relevant product /promotion concerns. Recommends changes to current product and promotion development and procedures based on market research and new trends. May require a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus.
